This is currently not compatible with IPAD PRO model with USB-C

To use USB with iphone you will need the APP called Y-DISK

Android phone can use ES FILE Explorer or built in software on some phones.

Take the USB with you anywhere to learn how to bead, USB has to be in your device to access the data.
