MAKING A PURCHASE

Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our catalog and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for the few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We try to ensure that all items on the website are in stock although inevitably sometimes we do run out of stock of some items. When we sell out of a product we will either remove it from the website or mark it on the website as "OUT OF STOCK".

If in the exceptional circumstance that we take your order for an item, but run out of stock prior to your order being dispatched, we will remove the item from your order. If the item will be back in stock within 10 working days we will place on Back-order and dispatch once the item is received.

We accept Amex, Visa, Solo, Maestro and MasterCard all via the secure online service. You also have the option to use PAYPAL, which is a free online payment service.

You also have the option to submit your order and then contacting us by telephone to pay for the order or visiting our warehouse to collect and pay for the order.

String lengths are all approx and can vary by +/- 5% depending on the strings

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Only the shipping options appropriate to your order will be displayed. We use Royal Mail 1st Class with the option to have Recorded Delivery / Courier Delivery at extra cost, if a parcel is returned due to refusal we will recharge for delivery.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

To cancel a contract please contact us by email at sales@totallybeads.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please then write "CANCEL CONTRACT" on the back of the invoice. Consumers are required to pay the cost of returning the items to us at our current business address (found in "CONTACT US" section). Please ensure you obtain proof of postage.

We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us when cancelling and order.

You consumer rights allow you to cancel the contract at any time up to 14 days after the goods have been received. If you have not received your goods but wish to cancel you must refuse any parcels which are sent to you. If you received free delivery for your order and cancel part of the order and the new total amount falls below the free delivery threshold then your refund will be issued less the corresponding postage for the new cost of the order.

All refunds will be made within 30 days of notification of cancellation.

If you wish to cancel and order and have paid for an extra delivery service like RECORDED or COURIER this charge will not be refunded only what the standard delivery charge would have been under the Consumer Contracts Regulations which can be found here 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Your order will be dispatched the same working day if we receive the order by 1pm, otherwise the order is sent the next working day. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery, should your order fail to arrive get in touch and we can take the necessary procedures to issue a claim for lost post with Royal Mail.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using industry standard SSL encryption in conjunction with PayPal. We do not hold any credit card details on file, just name and address.

Complaints Procedure

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint concerning an order through Totallybeads please contact us either by e-mail at sales@totallybeads.co.uk or by telephone on 08450 94 35 94. We will acknowledge receipt of your email within 2 working days. Your complaint will be personally dealt with, and you will be kept informed during all stages of the complaints procedure. Please note that the telephone line is manned from 8:30am - 4p.m. Monday to Friday. Please use email outside these hours to leave a message.

Use of Cookies

We use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This includes using a "cookie" which is stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Privacy Policy

Totallybeads is committed to protecting your privacy.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

Information we collect about you

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process and deliver your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not supply any of your details to any third party in the future except for the purposes of debt recovery, unless required by law. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, email address and goods ordered

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you notify us of any inaccuracies we will correct the errors promptly.

Remittance Terms

All goods remain the property of Totallybeads Ltd until paid for.

USE OF VOUCHERS

When a vouhcer is used the value will be deducted from you order.  Any goods which are returned, faulty or otherwise, for a refund voids the voucher if the threshold value of the voucher is met.  Any monies to be refunded will have the the value of the voucher deducted from this.

FAULTY GOODS

If you find your goods to be faulty we will send you replacement goods at our cost. Please notify us of any issues within 28 days so that we can resolve any issues quickly. We will ask you to place the faulty goods in the envelope with which the correct goods arrived, seal the envelope and place supplied RETURN POSTAGE LABEL on the parcel, drop it in any post box.

RETURN OF UNWANTED GOODS

If you wish to return any products after receiving your parcel you will need to pay the postage costs back to us. We will be happy to exchange the items. You will be required to pay for the postage charge for the replacement goods. We are happy to exchange/refund goods upto 28 days after purchase. All goods must be returned in original packaging. Any items returned that are not complete or are not in original bags/strings we will charge a 20% restocking fee.
