Return of Goods (Faulty or otherwise)

If you find your goods to be faulty we will send you replacement goods at our cost.
We will ask you to place the faulty goods in the envelope, in which the correct goods arrived, seal the envelope and write "RETURN TO SENDER" on the parcel, drop it in any post box.

If you wish to return any products that are not faulty you will need to pay the postage costs back to us. We will be happy to exchange the item(s) if you wish or refund, please let us know with a short note in the parcel.
We are happy to exchange/refund goods upto 28 days after purchase/delivery. All goods must be returned in original packageing. Any items returned that are not complete or are not in original bags/strings we will charge a minimum 20% restocking fee.
