Making A Purchase
Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for the few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We try to ensure that all items on the website are in stock although inevitably sometimes we do run out of stock of some items. When we sell out of a product we will either remove it from the website or mark it on the website as "awaiting stock".
If in the exceptional circumstance that we take your order for an item, but run out of stock prior to your order being dispatched, we will remove the item from your order and try to contact you to let you know. If the item will be back in stock within 5 working days we will place on Backorder and dispatch once the item is received.
We accept Visa, Solo, Maestro and MasterCard all via the secure online service. You also have the option to use PAYPAL, which is a free online payment service.
You also have the option of printing off the order and sending this to us with a Cheque or Postal Order. Please make all Cheques & Postal Orders made payable to "TotallyBeads Ltd"
Shipping And Handling
The website knows the weight of your order and the shipping destination.
Only the shipping options appropriate to your order will be displayed. We use Royal Mail 1st Class with the option to have Recorded Delivery / Courier Delivery at extra cost.

Cancelling an Order
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery.
To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice within 7 working days of the date that the items were delivered. We would request that you email us at kitti@totallybeads.co.uk to tell us that you are returning goods before you send them.

We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. 24 hours' advance warning is required for returns.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
Delivery Schedule
Your order will normally be dispatched within 48 hours. We currently send order out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you order is received by 12pm on any of these days we will try to ensure that it is posted that day.
Customers in the Highlands of Scotland may find that their deliveries take one extra working day to arrive.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using industry standard SSL encryption in conjunction with PayPal. We do not hold any credit card details on file, just name and address.

Your complaint will be personally dealt with by myslef and you will be kept informed during all stages of the complaints procedure. Return of Goods
If you find your goods to be faulty you can return for a refund or replacement, as no cost to yourself.
If you wish to return any other product please email prior to sending back the goods (returns@totallybeads.co.uk) you can ask for a refund, less 20% restocking fee, or have the goods exchanged, where you will have to pay the additional P&P costs, plus adminstration fee's of £1.00
