TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The scheme is run over a 12 month (1 year) rolling period
  2. Once you reach a discount level you will be entitled to this discount for 12 months
  3. If during the 12 month period you move to a higher discount level all previous discounts codes/cards will be void
  4. If you purchase value takes you over the cumulative spend your current discount spend will be applied, the new discount will only apply to your next order
  5. You can apply for a discount card when you reach one of the discount levels for use at exhibitions/shows, proof of ID will be required when using the card
  6. Discounts can only be used by the registered user and sent to their address only, the discount cannot be transferred/sold to other individuals
  7. If a discount code is used by someone other than the holder this discount will be cancelled and the account mey be closed
  8. Accounts are reviewed regularly to see if you are qualified for a new level, but if you feel you have not received your discount please email us so that we can check the account
  9. Discount codes need to be used at the checkout stage, if the code is not entered the discount will not be applied to the order
  10. We reserve the right to withdraw the discount scheme at any time and the companies decision is final
  11. Workshop bookings cannot be applied to spend levels
  12. Customers with 30% or more discount can only ship with COURIER, we cannot offer FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING.  Shipping will be charged are normal parcel rates with no discounts.
  13. Sterling Silver Products - Maximum Discount 25%, greater discount cannot be applied
  14. Discount cannot be used with any other special offers on the website or exhibitions
  15. Cumulative spend is only calculated using the spend on the website.  Customers can use discount card at exhibitions, however this spend will not be included in your cumulative spend.
  16. Only actual spend is caluculated towards your discount, if items are out of stock and have been removed from your order this will not count towards your qualifying spend.
  17. Discount scheme is valid from 8th March 2010
  18. You will only receive your discount on orders after your last qualifying order, the discount cannot be used with yor current order
  19. All amounts are exclusive of VAT & Shipping, so to reach the 15% level you need to spend £250 EX VAT & SHIPPING
  20. Scheme to open to individuals and companies only, we do not allow members to group thier spend together
