We use several different methods for shipping our goods to you.
UK Royal Mail
This is our standard parcel service and we will always send your delivery by 1st class post (Royal Mail). This does not include any insurance, so if a parcel is lost in the post we will have to make a claim to the Royal Mail, only then can we process a new order for you, we cannot accept any responsibility for lost parcels, which have not taken the option for Recorded (Insured) Delivery.
If your order is over £50 then you will be entitled to FREE standard delivery
Recorded Delivery (UK)
This is our recorded serivce and we will always send your delivery by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded. This will be insured up to £30 and can be tracked online too (please email for tracking number).
EUROPE
We use standard Airmail service upto 2KG
Over 2KG we will use our courier service. The cost for this depends on the weight of the goods and where they are being shipped to. Please email us to get a quote, prices range from £22 (10KG to S.Ireland) up to £65 (30KG to Eastern Europe)
USA / CANADA / REST OF WORLD
We use standard Airmail service upto 2KG
Over 2KG we will use our courier service. The cost for this depends on the weight of the goods and where they are being shipped to. Please email us to get a quote, prices range from £30 (3KG to Canada/USA) up to £100(30KG to Canada/USA)
