Hello and welcome to Totallybeads.co.uk
I could bore you with the same old stuff you find on every “About Us” Page you find the in the beading world, with the usual comment “We setup the business because beads are so expensive in the UK and all the other companies were so rude to us”.
For me the above comment is NOT true, I started Totallybeads because I found that I could buy beads that people wanted to buy! and I have stuck to that same principle, since I started in 2004.
Like most I started off very small, buying a few kilos of beads at a time, and making of the odd mistake now and again, we now import more than 10 tonnes of goods each year.
We now buy 90% of my beads direct from the manufacturers in Asia and the USA, I also buy direct from some small family run businesses in Hungary (Originally Kitti's home country).
During the year you will see us at many of the bead shows and large craft supply shows across the country.
I am now also a keen beader, and like nothing more after a long hard day in the office then to get my project box out and try to finish a necklace or bracelet.
I also attended college and recently received my CITY & GUILDS in BEAD & NEEDLE WORK LEVEL 2.
